EMS High School is currently seeking a talented HR Manager to join our esteemed faculty. At EMS, we believe in providing a holistic education that nurtures students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. As a Math’s Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping students’ mathematical abilities, fostering their self-confidence, and preparing them for success in their educational journey.

 Job Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities will include:

    • Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and scheduling interviews.
    • Maintain employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and leave records.
    • Assist with employee onboarding and orientation programs.
    • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
    • Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs.
    • Provide support to employees on HR-related matters.
    • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and dashboards.

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).    
    • Experience with HRIS systems preferred.
