Online Admission Process

We are pleased to share with you that in these challenging times, your wish to seek admission at the School will be catered to keeping all safety precautions in view. Please follow the following steps that will ensure a comprehensive admission process without having to make trips to the School.
We have been receiving enquiries and until now were waiting for our online system to go live. Now that we are ready, let’s go through the steps:

Assigning Meeting

The meeting will be assigned to you and you will be informed via phone number and/or email address provided by you on the Registration Form. Please ensure these are active numbers/email addresses. The message will be sent to you within 2 working days. Well reach out to you as soon as possible

Initial Call

The initial call is an interview with the parents, an introduction to our processes and an assessment of class/age fit etc. Well meet you in person, tell you about us in detail, you'll get to know why this school is best for your child. We'll make you satisfied that you've came to the right place!

Entrance Test Day

After the call with Academics, someone will be in touch with you from Administration for an Entrance Test day. This applies only to Classes 1-8. For Montessori students [3-6 year olds] the assessment will not be written, while for IGCSE or SSC classes, there will be 3 testing days as their tests are much more comprehensive.

Due to directions of the Government, all admission tests for our new session (August 2021) are being postponed till 20th May 2021.

Know More

Entrance Test

It is important to note the following about testing during the Covid-19 pandemic:

The test does not focus on course-book specific material- it will test standard concepts accepted to have been completed at the relevant class level in mainstream private school education in Pakistan. A list of the ‘syllabus’ for this test will be share when communicating the meeting day and link with you.

The test will be conducted via a Microsoft Team meeting call that will be set up by the School and link sent to you. During this call the parent/guardian will be required to turn on the camera and mike and have the child sit where he/she can be monitored.

Once the set-up is complete and the meeting begins, a link for the test will be sent on the meeting chat-box. This test may need your supervision for children below Class 5 if they have trouble reading or typing on the computer. For much younger students you will find the test to have very little writing requirements. For students uncomfortable typing, there will be an option to upload their handwritten work as well.

Please understand that the testing links will be time sensitive and you will not be able to submit after the time ends- this means everything needs to be well planned. But you needn’t panic as they call is being set up so that we can troubleshoot if needed.

Checking

The test will be checked by relevant teachers in 2-3 working days. Once the result is submitted back to the Admin office by the teachers, the next meeting with Academic Coordinators or School Management will be set up and conducted for the final discussion and decision. We'll let you know everything!

Documentation

If the admission is approved, we will communicate with you a list of required documents that need to be submit as well as send an online Admission Form for you to fill and verify digitally. After this, relevant fee vouchers will be generated and the process will have completed.
