EMS High School is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Homeroom Teacher. Responsibilities:

·       Serve as a homeroom teacher for a specific grade level, building strong relationships with students and creating a supportive classroom environment.

·       Provide guidance and support to students, ensuring their academic,emotional, and social development.

·      Implement the school’s curriculum and instructional strategies effectively, adapting them to meet the needs and learning styles of individual students.

·       Plan and deliver engaging lessons that promote critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration.

·       Assess student progress and provide timely and constructive feedback to students and their families.

·       Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to enhance the overall educational experience for students.

·       Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to keep them informed about their child’s progress and address any concerns

Qualifications:

         ·       At least Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

         ·       Previous experience working as a homeroom teacher or in a similar role is preferred.

         ·       Strong knowledge of the subject matter and familiarity with relevant teaching methods and resources.

         ·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

         ·       Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

         ·       Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young people.

Experience:

         ·       Atleast 3 years of proven work experience as Teacher/Homeroom Teacher.
