As a Math’s Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping students’ mathematical abilities, fostering their self-confidence, and preparing them for success in their educational journey.
Job Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities will include:
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and leave records.
- Assist with employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Provide support to employees on HR-related matters.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and dashboards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRIS systems preferred.
